Coaching with Kajabi
If you’re a business coach, life coach, health coach, career coach or running a 12 or 12 session 1:1 program or even single coaching sessions, you’ll now be able to manage it all inside of Kajabi.
No workarounds or plug-ins are required, so you can focus on helping your clients get results, while easily keeping tabs on everything going on in your business.
Kajabi is All In One Software
When you run an online coaching business, one of the biggest frustrations can be managing all the different software you need to run your website, take payments, manage calls, keep notes for your clients, track the number of sessions in a program, set up single calls, create sales funnels, run launches etc
Kajabi allows you to manage almost everything, within one software, which will save you a lot of time and stress!
You can use Kajabi for your website, blog, sales pages, checkout, funnels, email marketing, affiliate program, podcast hosting, and now to manage your coaching programs.
Set up your coaching products quickly
You can set up single session or multi-session products for your clients to purchase (via Kajabi offers), which will create a client portal on your site for each client to log in to.
Your clients will be able to log in and see how many sessions they have left, book the time for their next session, see what is coming up in the next session, and take notes if they want, inside their client portal.
You can also take private notes for each session on your end if you like.
For each product, you are able to customise everything from the number of live sessions, the agenda and additional resources such as audio or video files, worksheets etc
The coaching products can be sold by themselves as a standalone product, or as a bonus/upgrade for another offer or course, so there is a lot of flexibility.
Have everything in one place
Coaching doesn't have to feel disorganised ever again. Both you and your clients can easily see details for past and future calls.
You can set an agenda for each session, so your client knows what to expect and can track their progress.
When your client is logged in to their portal, they can access any resources or their own notes from any past sessions.
Kajabi's built-in CRM (customer relationship management system) makes it easy to manage your coaching clients, see what they have already purchased, where they are at in your funnel and help guide them towards your resources that can help them grow.
Not to mention, Kajabi makes it easy to feature your coaching programs on your website, in your marketing funnels, or as an upsell/cross-sell alongside your existing offers, so that clients can discover your coaching offer and book time with you.
Quick and Easy Call Booking
Automating the call booking process for your clients will save you a LOT of time and Kajabi helps make that easy, so you can focus your time on serving your clients.
The new Kajabi Coaching Program allows your clients to book calls directly from their own client portal.
You will however need a third party Calendar app like Calendly or Acuity (my preferred booking app).
Kajabi has added direct integration with Calendly, so when your client goes to book, the calendar will pop up right on the screen. All other apps will open in another window via a link to the booking page, so not quite as clean, but still an easy process.
If you're not using Calendly, to keep everything on brand and on your own site, you could consider setting up a landing page on your site and embed the calendar on that.
What about Zoom?
Most coaches hold their 1:1 or group calls via zoom, google meet etc and Kajabi isn't going to replace that video calling software. Your calls still need to be undertaken using a video call app (or in person if appropriate).
Whilst there isn't a direct integration to zoom through Kajabi, you can easily direct people to your zoom room, via your calendar app, by adding your zoom room as the address.
You can also include your zoom room in all confirmation emails (that will come from your Calendar app) and in the resources or agenda area of your session in Kajabi for easy access.
