If you are trying to log in and access your course/template/workshop/Unicorn Heroes membership via the login page login page but it's not working, here are a few things to try.

1. Double-check your email address to make sure you haven't typed it incorrectly or you're typing in a different email address to the one you signed up with.

2. Select "Forgot Password" at the bottom of the login box, and an email will be sent directly from Kajabi to the email address you provided to purchase or gain access to your product. If you do not see this email, please check your junk mail!

3. If none of that works, we can check you are using the right email address or help you re-set your password! Just send us an email at hello @ theunicornadvisory.com and we will help you out!

There are two different types of Kajabi templates/themes and if you add them to the wrong section of Kajabi, you may get an invalid template error message

To add landing page (single page) templates, please go to website > pages > landing pages and you'll see a button to upload a template near the top of the page. You can then add each of your landing page templates.

For the website template, please go to website > design, then scroll down a little to where you see the option (not a button) to upload a template.

When you download your templates, each template will download as a zip folder.

You then need to upload that zipped folder to Kajabi.

Some computers may automatically "unzip" zipped folders, which will stop the template from uploading.

Please ZIP or "compress" the folder and upload the entire ZIP file to Kajabi.

You do not need to unzip or extract the elements to inspect them individually, please keep each template as a zip folder.

Yes, you can. All of the graphic elements, including the backgrounds, images, colours, photo frames etc be changed within the template. Some colour changes can be done directly in Kajabi, but some may need to be done on the graphics in Canva, and then those images are re-uploaded into Kajabi.

Each template comes with all of the Canva graphics ready to be switched to your brand colours and style.
